Automatic Exchange of Information
The automatic exchange of information (AEOI) is the result of multinational efforts to increase transparency in cross-border reporting and tax related matters and is governed by the global Common Reporting Standard (CRS) developed by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
All Paicolex entities comply with the provisions of CRS as applicable to their jurisdiction of incorporation and operational activities.
Switzerland is a participating jurisdiction. As a Swiss trust company, Paicolex Trust Management AG, is a reporting financial intermediary under the Swiss Federal Act on the Automatic Exchange of Information (AIAG) regulating the implementation of the AEOI between Switzerland and a participating jurisdiction which is a partner state of Switzerland. In accordance with the Art. 14 Abs. 3 of the AIAG we refer you to the following website of the Swiss State Secretariat of International Finance where the list of partner states is published.
